Administrative Coordinator

Robert Half's client is looking for a few Administrative Coordinator's to assist with a 4-6 month engagement within the Medical space!

Responsibilities:

-Processing incoming/outgoing correspondence

-Review paperwork

-Tracking status of deliverables

-Handle medical records

-Follow HIPAA guidelines

-Proficient in MS Office / data entry

-Follow-up calls to clients

Start date: Asap!

Duration: ~4-6 months

Hours: M-F | 8:30am-5pm
