Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. In this Contract position, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations through effective communication, organizational skills, and administrative expertise. Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inbound calls promptly.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

• Scheduling and calendaring

• Handle email correspondence efficiently, addressing inquiries and following up as necessary.

• File and organize documents to support compliance and administrative needs.

• Assist with receptionist duties, welcoming visitors and handling inquiries.

• Prepare and distribute notices and other communications as required.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to complete various tasks and create reports.

• Support team members with clerical tasks and special projects as needed.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
