Adaptive Planning Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in accounting processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and streamline data integration. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful companywide projects. MUST HAVE ADAPTIVE PLANNING SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adaptive Planning to support financial analysis and planning processes.

• Integrate Adaptive Planning with Power BI to enable seamless reporting and data visualization.

• Assist in transferring and organizing data between systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize tasks, optimizing workflows.

• Execute process-driven tasks to enhance operational efficiency, such as reorganizing data and streamlining procedures.

• Support the integration and alignment of new systems, ensuring smooth transitions.

• Analyze and improve accounting workflows, focusing on accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial reporting capabilities.

• Maintain clear documentation of processes and system changes.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress on key objectives.

• Proven experience with Adaptive Planning and financial planning tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Experience in system integration and data migration.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with process-driven tasks and workflow optimization.
