We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team, located in Newbury Park, California. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate records.Key responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently processing credit memos and adjustments when needed• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and payment application• Investigating and resolving any billing discrepancies or customer disputes• Providing updates to management through the preparation of regular aging reports• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards• Assisting with month-end closing procedures related to Accounts Receivable• Keeping organized records of all account transactions and communications• Monitoring incoming payments and posting them to customer accounts• Reconciling accounts and following up on past-due balances• Timely generation and dispatch of accurate invoices to clients.
