This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire AP cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and timely vendor payments across multiple energy-related projects and operations.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor AP staff, promoting efficiency and cross-functional collaborationManage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, approvals, and payment executionEnsure compliance with sector-specific regulations, including utility billing standards, environmental reporting, and procurement policiesOptimize payment cycles to support cash flow and operational continuity in energy projectsLiaise with internal departments (procurement, operations, legal) to resolve discrepancies and align spending strategiesImplement and maintain automated AP systems (e.g., ERP platforms) tailored for energy industry needsMonitor vendor contracts and service agreements to validate billing accuracyPrepare AP reports and analytics for financial planning, audits, and regulatory review

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
