Management Resources is seeking an Accounting Manager for a contract to full time hire opportunity. As the Accounting Manager you will oversee the financial operations and reporting for our clients organization. You will play a pivotal part in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and driving strategies that promote growth and profitability. Located in Southlake, Texas this is working four days onsite, one remote. Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to produce accurate and timely financial statements.• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.• Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets and forecasts that support strategic initiatives.• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.• Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits, addressing findings to maintain financial integrity.• Implement and monitor financial controls and policies to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency.• Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and general ledger maintenance.• Optimize cash flow and working capital by analyzing financial trends and making actionable recommendations.• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and business development.
