HYBRID ScheduleIf you are interested in this role, please contact Melissa at 808.452.0254 Responsibilities:• Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes to support financial planning and organizational goals.• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements, maintaining strong internal controls.• Supervise account reconciliations for bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Manage fixed asset tracking, including depreciation schedules and capitalization processes.• Oversee debt schedules, including loan payments, interest accruals, and negotiations with lenders to secure favorable terms.• Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate financial results and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.• Implement and maintain accounting software systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
