Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Greer, South Carolina. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to support various administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy while handling a range of accounting and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform accurate data entry for invoices and other financial documents.

• Prepare purchase requisitions and assist in generating purchase orders.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Maintain organized records and documentation for financial and administrative purposes.

• Support billing processes and assist with corporate accounting procedures.

• Oversee general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Collaborate with managers to perform additional duties as needed

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or related administrative roles.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and financial documentation.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication skills to deliver attentive and detail-oriented customer service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
