• Process invoices and ensure billing operations are completed promptly and accurately.
• Conduct data entry with a high level of precision to maintain integrity in financial systems.
• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
• Support the preparation of financial documents and reports as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
• Respond to inquiries related to financial transactions and records in a meticulous manner.
• Proven experience in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in invoice processing and billing operations.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with financial policies and procedures, particularly in government settings.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
