Accounting Clerk - 100% Onsite

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to expand your skills in financial operations. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on accounts payable tasks while also receiving cross-training in accounts receivable, cash receipts, and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable transactions, including entering and verifying expense vouchers.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of payments.
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Manage cash receipt entries and ensure proper allocation.
• Conduct data entry for invoices and other financial records with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the team to address discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Utilize Epicor software for financial operations and reporting.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Assist with additional accounting duties as required to meet team goals.
• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong skills in data entry and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with account reconciliation and financial accuracy.
• Experience working with expense vouchers and related transactions.
• Proficiency in using Epicor software or similar accounting systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
