- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to formulate strategic approaches for cases.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents tailored to specific litigation needs.
- Represent clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with clients to provide legal guidance and to ensure their interests are well-represented.
- Engage in thorough discovery processes, including document review, depositions, and witness interviews.
