The HR Recruiter role is in Louisville, KY and the business hours are Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and ensure a streamlined hiring process.
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates and assess their suitability for open positions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.
- Implement effective sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with corporate recruitment policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates to foster engagement and positive experiences.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of recruitment operations.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interview and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and team members.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in recruitment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience working in various ATS and Google Suite knowledge.
