Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and data management.
- Code and process invoices with precision and timeliness.
- Assist with corporate secretarial functions, maintaining proper documentation.
- Compose and manage business correspondence effectively.
- Support administrative operations, including data entry and organization.
- Process and enter high volumes of numeric data with accuracy.
- Assist with tax reporting and filing, including individual and income tax returns.
- Maintain a thorough and organized record of invoices and related documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.
- Experience in coding, processing, and managing invoices.
- Strong administrative skills, including business correspondence and data entry.
- Familiarity with tax reporting and e-filing processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume data entry efficiently.
- Previous experience in a similar accounting or administrative role preferred.
