What You’ll Do
- Customer Service Intake — Greet customers, document concerns, and create accurate repair orders.
- Service Coordination — Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and correct repairs.
- Estimate Preparation — Provide clear and accurate parts and labor estimates.
- Status Communication — Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Warranty Support — Assist with warranty claims and required documentation.
- Parts Collaboration — Coordinate with the parts department to source needed components.
- Quality Review — Verify completed work orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record Management — Maintain organized and compliant service documentation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of dealership experience is preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs.
