Brown Immigration Law is looking for a dynamic Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in an energetic, fast paced environment and have a zest for taking on new challenges. This role is primarily responsible for performing the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Billing functions.
This is a very hands-on role where you will be both managing and performing these accounting functions.
As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist, Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Process a high volume of monthly invoices for all clients
- Manage the Accounts Payable and Account Receivable processes
- Interface with our clients in person, over the phone and via email - taking payments, answering billing inquiries, etc.
- Prepare and make bank deposits
- Work independently
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Accounts payable/accounts receivable/billing experience preferred
- An ability to work independently
- The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An innate desire to both meet and exceed goals
- A self-directed nature and possess the ability to work independently
- The ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate changing needs
- Fluent Spanish and English skills - both oral and written - preferred
