Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys by communicating with clients via phone, email and in person to conduct interviews and field questions, drafting initial letters of representation, drafting closing statements, requesting medical records and medical liens when appropriate, transcribing and proofreading legal documents, scheduling client appointments and court dates and some phone answering . This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay commensurate with experience and room for growth.
