Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm – Solo Practitioner
Seeks full/part-time paralegals
Legal assistant/paralegal with knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, who will be responsible for organizing and maintaining client files to include updating the calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings, medical examinations, and site inspections; office filing, E-Courts, client intake, phones, preparation of letters and legal documents from initial intake through discovery and trial documents, requesting and reviewing medical records, occasional legal research. Knowledge of medical terminology a plus. Good organizational skills, attention to detail and good communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential.
Candidate must be a self-starter willing to learn and willing to take direction.
Bilingual/Spanish a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
Salary between $30.00-$40.00 per hour.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
