Robert Andrew Salon & Spa is seeking a spa professional with prior leadership knowledge and operational experience who is ready to grow into Spa Management within our organization.
While this role begins at the guest experience level, it is designed for someone who already understands spa leadership fundamentals and is prepared to develop into a management position.
The Role Begins With:
- Learning our booking systems, service standards, and operational processes
- Ensuring every guest receives an exceptional, polished experience
- Supporting daily scheduling flow and front/back-of-house operations
- Building strong relationships with guests and service providers
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous spa leadership or supervisory experience
- Understands spa KPIs, productivity, and revenue impact
- Recognizes how scheduling efficiency drives profitability
- Is confident managing booking systems in a fast-paced environment
- Can uphold high service standards while thinking operationally
- Is motivated to step into Spa Management
- We are open six days per week
- Some opening, closing, and weekend shifts are required
- This is an active, standing/walking position— not an office-based role
