Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about construction, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This position will play a critical role in both estimating and managing projects, working closely with our field teams, clients, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating:
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates
- Solicit and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Prepare and submit competitive proposals
- Identify value engineering opportunities
Project Management:
- Manage projects from contract award through completion
- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Track budgets, costs, and change orders
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in construction estimating and project management
- Experience with exterior cladding systems (EIFS, stucco, plaster) preferred
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with project management SAGE or estimating software a plus PLANSWIFT)
- Valid driver’s license
