What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Assistant position at Robersonville Physicians?
Family Medicine | Eastern North Carolina
Robersonville Physicians, PC
Robersonville & Tarboro, NC
Full‑Time | No Nights | No Weekends
For more than 23 years, Robersonville Physicians, PC has been a cornerstone of primary care in Eastern North Carolina. As an independent, physician‑owned practice, we deliver patient‑centered, relationship‑based medicine rooted in continuity, trust, and community impact.
While larger health systems may promise higher salaries, our advantage lies in professional autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, predictable schedules, and the opportunity to practice medicine the way it was intended. We are a top‑performing value‑based ACO practice, where quality—not unrealistic volume targets—guides our work.
*“Having been cared for by a small‑town ‘GP’ in my early years, I came to understand that this is what a physician truly was—someone who cared for an entire family with great skill, knowledge, and humility.
I came to Eastern North Carolina to build a practice that honored that tradition, and I stayed for the lifestyle it affords: the ability to run a successful practice while still having room to breathe, access to auto racing and nature, and time for life outside of medicine.
This is a community that genuinely appreciates its medical providers and supports us where it matters most—through trust and word of mouth. Patients reflect that trust by freely referring their parents, children, neighbors, and friends.”*
— Dr. Thomas Gennosa, Practice Owner
