What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for our commercial clients, ensuring their coverage remains accurate, competitive, and aligned with their evolving needs.
- Manage a book of commercial lines accounts with proactive, high-touch service
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and coverage questions efficiently
- Partner with producers on new business, renewals, and marketing efforts
- Review policies for accuracy and maintain detailed client records
- Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and value
- Deliver a responsive, professional client experience
What You Bring
- Active Arkansas Property & Casualty license
- 3 years of commercial lines experience (agency experience preferred)
- Experience with agency management systems (AMS360 a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and workflows
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Personal lines experience is a plus
