Duties
- Assemble wooden pallets using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to meet production standards.
- Operate forklifts safely to transport raw materials, finished pallets, and other warehouse items.
- Inspect materials and completed pallets for quality, durability, and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency within the manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and understand a tape measurer
- Physical ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort working in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority.
