Second Shift Wellness Manager (3pm–11pm), every other weekend
Full Time Reports to Wellness Director
Position Summary
The Second Shift Wellness Manager ensures the health, safety, and well‑being of residents during evening hours. This role combines hands‑on care, medication management, and staff leadership to deliver compassionate, high‑quality support aligned with individualized care plans. The Wellness Manager provides guidance to the care team, communicates effectively with families and healthcare partners, and helps maintain a positive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide resident care including ADLs and personal support.
- Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to emergencies.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation.
- Lead and support evening care staff, delegating tasks as needed.
- Ensure staffing coverage and assist with scheduling needs.
- Communicate with families, providers, and leadership regarding resident care.
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Background in assisted living, memory care, or healthcare preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented with ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Calm, compassionate, and professional under pressure.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
