Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receiving and Shipping Associate to join our dynamic team. The Shipping Associate supports warehouse and shipping operations by preparing, packaging, handling, and processing inbound and outbound materials. This position performs hands-on work to ensure products are accurately labeled, staged, and shipped while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 4, 10 hour shifts with Wednesdays and weekends off
Duties
- Pull product based on identification tags and shipping documents.
- Prepare, package, and palletize materials for shipment following company standards.
- Assist with checking and tagging product, including identifying and reporting discrepancies.
- Process incoming deliveries and help with returns as directed.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided as needed).
- Deliver completed shipping/receiving paperwork to appropriate personnel.
- Help maintain inventory through participation in counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure stock rotation procedures are followed, prioritizing older materials.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging orders for shipment.
- Prepare ground shipments through UPS or FedEx systems (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, production staff, and internal teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other shipping-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse, shipping, or material-handling experience helpful but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer and scanning equipment skills preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow a set schedule.
- Forklift certification or willingness to be trained and certified.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
