Open positions on both first and second shifts:
Full time positions run Monday-Friday
- First Shift: 6:00am- 2:30pm.
General Laborers are responsible for assisting in various parts of our production line including machine operations, quality control, fabrication, laying down graphics etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include, but not limited, to, the following.
- Operation of various machines once training is completed
- Ability to perform quality control ensuring that all products being made and going out meet Robbins Standards.
- Ability to understand and follow LOTO procedures.
- Perform a variety of machine operations, cleaning, and assisting with repairs of equipment once training is completed.
- Ability to keep a clean and organized work area.
- Help on projects when needed.
- Ability to use powered hand tools correctly and safely
- Ability to work safely and responsibly at all times
- Ability to follow all safety protocols at all times once training is completed.
- All other duties as assigned
Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to an environment consistent with working outdoors in various weather conditions and in an industrial manufacturing environment. There will be wood dust, grease, and welding fumes in this job classification. The noise level in the work environment is usually high. Physical demands include but are not limited to bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting, climbing, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, and use of hand and foot controls. Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs frequently. Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools, drives and forceful grip tools.
