This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, as well as other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. The technician will contribute to maintaining a comfortable and safe living environment for residents by promptly addressing maintenance requests and preventing system failures. Collaboration with property management and other maintenance staff is essential to prioritize tasks and support community needs effectively. Minimum Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Valid HVAC certification or license recognized by the state.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems relevant to residential properties.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
