Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure well-maintained grass areas.
• Assist with landscape maintenance by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide groundskeeping services including debris removal and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques including mowing, irrigation, and garden maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely (e.g., mowers, trimmers).
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job assignments.
