Litigation Paralegal Opportunity – Emphasis on Creditor’s Rights Experience
We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in creditor’s rights matters. The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation support including case management, document preparation, and coordination with attorneys and clients. Experience handling creditor’s rights cases- such as collections, foreclosures, and related proceedings- is highly valued.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
