What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system performance checks
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners
- Recommend repair vs. replacement options with confidence
- Maintain clean, accurate job documentation
- Support and mentor newer technicians as needed
- Communicate with leadership on parts, pricing, and field insights

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional evenings or weekends based on demand
What You Bring
- 2 years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
- EPA Certification, strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and system layouts
- Ability to guide customers through repair decisions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Solid communication and professionalism in the field
- Willingness to grow into leadership or mentorship responsibilities
Solid Plus (Not Required)
- NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
- HVAC school or formal training background
- Experience with air balancing and sheet metal basics
- Ability to operate lifts safely
- Personal hand tools
