Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Securities Litigation Intake & Investor
Outreach Coordinator to join our San Diego office. This hybrid role combines client intake, press
release coordination, and digital outreach to support new and ongoing securities litigation
matters.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, manage inbound
investor inquiries, and help ensure firm announcements reach key investor audiences. The ideal
candidate is proactive, precise, and able to manage multiple workflows efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Client Intake & Lead Management
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective investor clients
• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct structured intake to assess eligibility (e.g., stock ownership, losses, timing)
• Accurately track and maintain lead data within internal systems
• Maintain organized records for attorney review and follow-up
Press Release & Case Coordination
• Coordinate the distribution of press releases for newly filed cases
• Work with attorneys to prepare and finalize announcement materials
• Manage distribution through wire services (e.g., GlobeNewswire, PR Newswire, Business
Wire, Accesswire)
• Monitor timing, accuracy, and consistency across active matters
Investor Outreach & Digital Visibility
• Monitor firm announcements across retail investor platforms (e.g., StockTwits, Yahoo Finance,
Reddit)
• Verify press release pickup and visibility across channels
• Identify gaps in distribution and support efforts to improve reach and engagement
Website & SEO Support
• Assist with publishing and updating case-related website content
• Ensure basic SEO best practices are followed (titles, keywords, formatting)
• Monitor indexing and visibility of published materials
• Coordinate with external vendors as needed
Operational & Data Support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across systems
• Assist with reporting on lead flow and outreach activity
• Identify and escalate process inefficiencies
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is required
• 2 years of experience in investor relations, client intake, legal marketing, public relations, or a
related field
• Strong communication skills, including professional phone presence
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Experience at a plaintiff-side securities or class action law firm
• Familiarity with press release distribution platforms (e.g., GlobeNewswire, Business Wire)
• Understanding of retail investor platforms and online communities
• Working knowledge of SEO and website content management systems
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: $80,000 -$100,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
