About the Role:
As a Guest Experience Representative at our retail store in Dallas, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships with them. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the store is always presentable and well-stocked.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in customer service or retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
