Robbins & Company is a long-established Puget Sound foundation repair contractor seeking a dependable, organized, customer-friendly team member to help run the front end of our office operations.
This role is responsible for customer intake, scheduling evaluations, tracking progress, and helping ensure customers move smoothly through our system from first call to completed project.
This is an important long-term position for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping things on track.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Gather customer information and schedule evaluations
- Manage calendars and avoid scheduling conflicts
- Return missed calls, texts, voicemails, and web inquiries
- Communicate with customers, sales staff, and office team
- Track appointments, proposals, and project progress
- Help identify stalled items or missed follow-up
- Prepare simple weekly reports and updates
- Help keep daily office operations organized
