Robbins & Company is seeking a Foundation Repair Estimator to inspect residential properties, identify foundation and drainage problems, and provide repair recommendations and project estimates.
For more than 73 years, Robbins & Company has helped homeowners throughout the Puget Sound region solve foundation, crawl space, drainage, and concrete settlement problems. We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with homeowners, solving problems, and helping customers make informed decisions.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Inspect foundations, crawl spaces, drainage systems, and concrete slabs
- Identify structural and drainage concerns
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Explain repair options and answer customer questions
- Document findings using company software
- Follow up on estimates and assist customers through the decision-making process
- Coordinate with office and production staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications
- Construction, home improvement, estimating, inspection, restoration, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule
- Comfortable inspecting crawl spaces and residential properties
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
