Brand Manager – Robbie & Co. Men’s Shop

Overview
Robbie & Co. is a rapidly growing New York City men’s suiting and tuxedo brand specializing in weddings, custom tailoring, premium rentals, and elevated VIP experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategy across all physical and digital channels.
In this role, you will shape how Robbie & Co. shows up to the world—through storytelling, digital content, social media, wedding campaigns, partnerships, and in-store experiences. Your strategic and creative leadership will help position Robbie & Co. as NYC’s go-to destination for grooms, groomsmen, and premium menswear clients.

Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with Robbie & Co.’s growth goals for weddings, rentals, custom suiting, and VIP services.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all platforms, touchpoints, and in-store materials.
- Create elevated, stylish visual content (lookbooks, signage, flyers, digital assets).
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage all Robbie & Co. social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), including weekly content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Capture and edit content from fittings, groomsmen groups, events, product drops, and store moments.
- Run paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive new customer acquisition, wedding party bookings, and rental inquiries.
- Maintain and optimize e-commerce, booking funnels, and landing pages.
Market Research & Product Positioning
- Conduct market and competitor research, including wedding trends, menswear shifts, local NYC/tri-state retail trends, and buyer preferences.
- Support promotions and product positioning for custom suits, tuxedo rentals, accessories, and seasonal collections.
Public Relations, Influencers & Partnerships
- Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance the Robbie & Co. brand and media presence.
- Build relationships with NYC/NJ wedding planners, photographers, influencers, and event spaces to drive referrals.
- Promote in-store events, “Groomsmen Fitting Parties,” trunk shows, brand collaborations, and community partnerships.
B2B, Corporate & Event Marketing
- Develop B2B marketing strategies to grow relationships with corporate clients, concierge services, event planners, hotels, and hospitality partners.
- Support marketing for VIP & private shopping experiences.
Analysis & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, bookings).
- Produce weekly reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer behavior.
- Adjust campaigns based on performance data to maximize results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales teams to align branding and marketing efforts with revenue targets.
- Support internal initiatives such as new service launches, rental programs, quality control branding, and in-store experience upgrades.
Budget & Campaign Management
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently while identifying creative opportunities to scale visibility.
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, and vendor coordination for all campaigns and creative projects.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years experience in brand management, marketing, fashion/retail marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong ability in digital marketing, social media content creation, and storytelling.
- Experience with e-commerce, booking funnels, and paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
- Understanding of wedding marketing, fashion trends, or luxury retail (major plus).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to drive decisions.
- Experience with PR, influencer engagement, and B2B marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling, authentic brand narratives.
- Ability to work in-store regularly to capture content and support events.
