We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence. This position is responsible for the company's growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategies and building relationships with builders and realtors. Key duties include managing client relationships, negotiating contracts and leading a team to achieve sales and growth goals.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties
1. Assumes Responsibility for accurate and efficient performance of all Marketing support functions.
- Strategic planning to develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with builders and realtors to insure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
- Works closely with Marketing Department to promote and host seminars for all locations.
- Participates in are association meetings and networking functions.
2. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relations, communications, and coordinates with Company personnel and management.
- Manage and mentors a team of Business Development Coordinators, setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
- Attends and participates in biweekly meetings as required.
Education: Bachelor's or Masters Degree Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Required Knowledge: Products, marketing and sales policies. 5* years *in Business Development.
