Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Plan Customization: Develop personalized insurance plans that cater to the unique circumstances and requirements of each client.
- Sales Strategy: Identify opportunities for cross-selling to enhance client portfolios and provide comprehensive coverage.
- Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up, addressing any concerns or changes in their insurance needs.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to offer updated and accurate advice.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Wisconsin and/or Minnesota/Iowa/Michigan Property & Casualty or Life License is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related customer service field is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Customer-focused: Strong aptitude for understanding and meeting client needs and preferences.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital communication tools is advantageous.
