Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling, and providing exceptional administrative support within an office environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
Schedule
Flexible, 20-30 hours Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Schedule customer appointments by phone or email.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Provide administrative support by processing payments over the phone when needed.
- Collaborate with office staff to facilitate efficient communication regarding customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Complete daily assigned tasks if needed (filing, making copies, answering phone calls or emails, etc.)
Experience
- Previous experience as a scheduler or in a similar office role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Windows operating system computers preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
