The Role
We're hiring a motivated, coach-minded PTA to deliver 1:1 care under a PT plan of care. You'll work with athletes and active adults who want results, not shortcuts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality treatment sessions
- Lead therapeutic exercise and movement training
- Communicate progress with supervising PTs
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Uphold Roba PT clinical and culture standards
Requirements
- Licensed PTA (or license-eligible in CT)
- Strong communication and professionalism
- High accountability and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset
