Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant

Rob Sight Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying experience — from their initial inquiry and vehicle selection through test drives, financing options, and final delivery.

Our Sales Consultants receive a base salary plus performance bonuses, with the opportunity for successful salespeople to earn $100,000 annually.

• Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries, set appointments, and build your client base

• Welcome customers to the dealership in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner

• Help customers select vehicles based on their wants and needs

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Guide customers through the entire buying process from "Welcome" to "Thank you for your business!"

• Use industry-leading technology to track customer interactions and follow-up

• Become a Ford product expert and confidently explain vehicle features, technology, and options

• Educate customers about available financing and financial products

• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business

• Previous automotive sales experience with a proven track record of success

• A positive attitude and team-first mentality

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability and willingness to learn new technology, products, and services

• High standards for customer service, quality, and attention to detail

• Valid driver's license

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Base salary plus performance incentives

• $100,000 annual earning potential

• 5-day work week / 2 days off

• Sales Department hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
