Job Summary
Rob’s lot Attendant is responsible for supporting the Automotive Facility by maintaining lot vehicles, lots and facilities in a timely and professional manner reflective of high company standards.
Responsibilities
· Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required.
· Thoroughly clean (wash, vacuum and polish) and maintains all lot vehicles and company vehicles.
· Inspect oil and washer fluid levels weekly on lot vehicles.
· Inspect & identify all damage to vehicles prior to use and notify management.
- Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed.
- Ensure all vehicles are securely locked.
- Ensure any vehicle exposed to elements is weather proofed, when deemed necessary to avoid further damage.
- Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management.
- Maintain internal/external appearance and cleanliness of the lobby, bathrooms, parking lot, and all other areas contained within facility.
- Ensure all bathrooms are stocked with supplies.
- Remove all trash and dispose trash in appropriate bins.
- Maintain watering of plants.
- Re-aligns lot to ensure proper placement of vehicles and that vehicle is in a straight and uniform in appearance backed into each space.
- Set up and remove displays and associated material for special events.
- Assist as a shuttle driver as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity when leaving building for errands, deliveries, or pick-ups.
- Ensure that all vehicle keys are contained to designated area at all times.
- Performs all duties related to postal needs, pick up & delivers mail and completes necessary postage requirements utilizing Company approved equipment.
- Run miscellaneous errands as needed.
- Adheres to all Company’s procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

· Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distant vision and the ability to adjust focus.
· Demonstrates the ability to enter and exit vehicles independently and without difficulty.
Education & Requirements
· High School Diploma.
· Be at least eighteen years of age.
· Possess a Valid driver’s license.
· Pass a motor vehicle report & possess an acceptable safe driving record.
· Pass a criminal background check & drug screen.
· Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual & automatic transmission.
