Responsibilities:
- Install commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, package units, VRF systems, and exhaust fans.
- Perform equipment replacements, new construction installations, and retrofit projects.
- Install and modify commercial ductwork.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
- Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Complete job documentation accurately and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Must be dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
