Duties
- Support insurance sales initiatives across property, casualty, health, and commercial lines by providing detailed product information
- Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions and coverage options
- Manage sales administration tasks including policy processing, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate records
- Support compliance with insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA and other industry-specific guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively
- Knowledge of property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills for evaluating client needs and market trends
- Understanding of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA and other compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
