You must have a Property Casualty Insurance license or be willing to get licensed within 3 months of being hired. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Previous experience appreciated but not required. We look forward to talking with you!
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options.
- Conduct insurance sales and cross-selling of products to meet customer needs.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance products and services.
- Support sales administration by processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve issues, address concerns, and retain business.
Skills:
- Proficient in sales techniques with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with insurance industry practices and terminology.
