- Provide information about insurance products and services
- Uncover customer needs through on-purpose interactions
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses
- Maintain accurate records of customer and prospect interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technologically capable; typing proficiency, working knowledge of \"Microsoft Office\" products and the ability to learn new programs and applications are a must
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
