Compensation: $4,000–$5,000 USD per month, based on experience
Reports To: COO
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Director / Fulfillment Lead to oversee a team of 5–10 builders responsible for producing high-ticket sales funnels, webinar assets, VSLs, video edits, and image creatives.
You’ll be the final quality gate between our builders and our clients, ensuring every deliverable meets our standards, launches on time, and is built to convert.
This is a cross-functional leadership role. You’ll collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, account managers, and sales to align creative execution with client goals and campaign strategy.
Beyond reviewing deliverables, you’ll build the systems, SOPs, checklists, and processes that make high-quality work consistent and scalable.
You should be comfortable working hands-on in GoHighLevel, managing projects in ClickUp, and keeping communication clear and efficient through Slack.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control & Quality Assurance
- Review every funnel, webinar, VSL, video, and image asset before client delivery or launch.
- Verify copy accuracy, design quality, mobile responsiveness, links, forms, tracking pixels, and page speed.
- Test GoHighLevel automations, workflows, calendars, and pipelines from end to end.
- Approve deliverables, return work with clear revision notes, or escalate issues when necessary.
- Track first-pass approval rates and identify recurring quality issues by builder.
2. High-Ticket Webinar & VSL Assets
- Oversee high-ticket webinar builds, including registration pages, confirmation and reminder sequences, live or evergreen webinar rooms, replay pages, and post-webinar follow-up.
- Supervise VSL funnel builds, including VSL pages, application or booking flows, and sales call handoffs.
- Ensure every asset aligns with the offer, copy strategy, and conversion goals.
3. Video & Image Creative
- Establish creative direction and quality standards for video edits, static ads, thumbnails, and funnel graphics.
- Review ad creatives for platform specifications, brand consistency, and overall quality.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve creative execution.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 5–10 builders.
- Assign projects based on team members’ skills, availability, and workload.
- Run daily builder standups and provide clear written feedback.
- Identify skill gaps, train team members, and support the hiring and onboarding of new builders.
5. Systems & Process Development
- Create and maintain SOPs, QC checklists, build templates, and handoff documentation for every asset type.
- Establish consistent design and delivery standards, including file naming, formats, and technical specifications.
- Identify bottlenecks in the build and QC processes and implement improvements.
- Build repeatable workflows that improve delivery speed without sacrificing quality.
6. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage project timelines, task assignments, and delivery status in ClickUp, from initial brief through launch.
- Maintain clear, timely communication through Slack.
- Coordinate with media buyers, copywriters, account managers, and sales to align priorities and deadlines.
- Identify potential delays early and reprioritize work to keep launches on schedule.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience building or leading high-ticket sales webinar and VSL funnels. A portfolio is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in creative, funnel building, or fulfillment roles, including 2 years leading a team.
- Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel, including funnels, workflows, automations, calendars, and pipelines.
- Hands-on experience using ClickUp and Slack for project management and team communication.
- Demonstrated success creating SOPs, QC checklists, and processes that improve quality and delivery speed.
- A strong eye for design and video, with the ability to provide clear, specific, and actionable creative feedback.
- Ability to manage 15 active projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
