Position Overview
The Vice President / General Manager will have full responsibility for the business's operational performance, strategic direction, and financial success. This leader will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve profitability, and ensure the organization is positioned for long-term success.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational performance.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Proven track record of improving profitability and business performance.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Highly Preferred
- Significant experience within the metals manufacturing industry.
- Previous P&L responsibility for a manufacturing facility, division, or business unit.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma initiatives.
