What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily front desk workflow
  • Answer phone inquiries and support client communication
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Assist with daily administrative and reception responsibilities
  • Help create a smooth, welcoming client experience from check-in through checkout
  • Support hospital operations and collaborate with teammates to ensure efficiency
  • Contribute to a positive and organized hospital environment
