Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for a college property located in Blacksburg, VA
- Troubleshoot conduct repairs as necessary.
- Complete work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing related concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall maintenance efficiency.
- On Call After Hours Required / Overtime Required / Weekends
Skills
- Strong knowledge with experience in property maintenance.
- Fix repairs in units
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
