Role Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, staff development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This role oversees hiring, training, scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and service standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The General Manager under the F&B Director and with the management team to maintain a high-quality guest experience, strong team culture, and efficient operations.
Qualifications
-3 years of restaurant General Manager experience
-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-Experience managing budgets, labor, and P&L performance
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant systems
-Health/Sanitation and alcohol awareness certifications preferred
-Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and support front- and back-of-house operations
-Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff and managers
-Ensure excellent guest service and respond to guest feedback
-Manage financial controls, labor, inventory, and daily sales reporting
-Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
-Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and company leadership
Qualifications
- Strong team leadership and management skills, including the ability to inspire and supervise staff effectively
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Proficiency in operational management and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills for engaging with staff and guests
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field is preferred but not required
