We are seeking a sharp, personable, and detail-obsessed Financial Coordinator to guide our patients confidently from treatment plan to treatment chair.

What You'll Do
- Present treatment plans and financial options with clarity, warmth, and confidence, helping patients feel excited — not overwhelmed — about investing in their smile
- Guide patients through financing options (CareCredit, Cherry, in-house arrangements, and similar) tailored to each individual's goals and budget
- Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and manage timely reimbursement for patients with coverage
- Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure treatment plans are accurately costed, sequenced, and case-ready before financial conversations happen
- Track case acceptance, follow up thoughtfully with patients who are still deciding, and help remove barriers between "I want this" and "I'm scheduled"
- Maintain meticulous, accurate financial records within our practice management software (Dentrix)
- Reconcile daily transactions, manage accounts receivable, and keep collections organized and current
- Serve as a calm, trustworthy point of contact for any patient questions about cost, coverage, or payment
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in treatment plan presentation, financial coordination, or insurance/billing, ideally within a cosmetic or fee-for-service dental practice
- A natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly, especially around sensitive conversations involving money
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfort and confidence discussing high-value treatment plans without being pushy or transactional
- Working knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, and patient financing platforms
- A polished, professional presence that reflects the caliber of our practice
- A team-first attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping patients say "yes" to the smile they've always wanted
